Biography:
MACRODOT is an American electronic musician and producer (Kyle Anderson or Kyle From Ohio). Born Sep. 4th, 1981 in Chillicothe, Ohio, he currently resides in Mesa, Arizona producing electronic music from his home studio. His production style is mostly progressive with broken beats of various tempos. Sometimes dance floor-ish sometimes downtempo-ish. Occasionally he veres off on tangents composing intricate and glitchy melodies but always with an underlying broken beat and omnipresent bassline.

In 2004, Macrodot moved from Ohio to the Phoenix area. In 2005, he was nominated for "Best Local Live Performance" by AZ DanceMusic Awards. His music has been played out by DJ's in numerous states and a number of countries and the respect he earns for his productions is increasing. In 2008, he completed a number of progressive breaks remixes and a 10 track LP "The Gilded Age of Aristocrats" on the recently deceased label Reticent. This work was re-released under Binge Records in November 2009. He has done production work and remixed artists from countries world wide. His fans quote his music as having a unique dirty progressive sound. What sets Macrodot apart from the crowd is his ability and willingness to play his own original music in a live setup. He writes his own music and performs his own music live. Live keyboards. Live music.
